Demo Programme

As a dedicated racket specialist, we firmly believe in all of our clients having the opportunity to take advantage of our expert advice and to try a racket before their purchase. Here at Royal Town Sports we also appreciate that buying a racket isn’t always the easiest choice, especially with all of the different options available. Therefore, we have designed a programme where you can trial a racket before you buy it. Please see below. 

1. Initial consultation

Visit us in store and we will talk through some suitable options and answer any more questions you may have. 

2. Deposit

Place a £100 deposit to join the demo programme. 

3. Trial

- This a one month period

- You can trial one racket for a maximum of two weeks 

4. Racket purchase/Return

- At the end of the trial period, you have two options.

- Option 1, purchase a new racket - you can use your full £100 deposit towards the racket of your choice. 

- Option 2, return the racket - you will be refunded £75 of your deposit

*Please note that by signing up to our demo programme we are within our rights to withhold all of the deposit if the racket is damaged, lost or stolen.
